Information we collect
Contact form fields (name, phone, email, state, contact preference, time, message), consent-to-contact status and timestamp, IP-derived attribution (UTM parameters, referrer, landing page), and anonymous self-assessment session data (score band and completion status, without individual answers unless you separately consent).
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, understand which content is helping people find us, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and cookies
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not transmit assessment answers, contact details, or message content into analytics platforms or advertising pixels.
Call tracking
Placeholder — if call tracking is enabled, this section will describe what is captured and how it is used.
Third-party service providers
We use vendors for hosting, database, and communication. Vendors are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf.
Data retention and deletion
We retain contact requests for as long as needed to provide follow-up support and to satisfy legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact us to exercise those rights.
Security limitations
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards but no system is completely secure.
Not HIPAA-covered
Beacon of Recovery does not represent itself as a HIPAA-covered entity unless separately verified. Gambling-assessment data is treated with heightened care.
