About
A Beacon When the Way Forward Feels Unclear
Our mission
Beacon of Recovery exists to help people affected by compulsive gambling understand what is happening, learn about recovery options, and take a first step without judgment. We serve both people who gamble and their families.
Who we help
Adults experiencing compulsive gambling — including sports betting, online casino gambling, and lottery — and the spouses, parents, adult children, partners, and friends supporting them.
What happens when you contact us
You'll speak privately with someone who will listen, answer questions about recovery options, and — if you'd like — help you think through your next step. There is no pressure and no obligation.
What we do and don't provide
We provide: education, private conversation, and information about recovery resources.
We do not provide: emergency crisis response, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or guaranteed placement into any specific program.
